Billie House is a Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) located at 529 Concord Ct in Chicago Heights, IL on a quiet residential block and built around one simple idea: Everyone deserves to have a home where they are safe, valued, and able to live life on their own terms.

We provide residential care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people with physical disabilities including Down syndrome and cerebral palsy and military vets living with disabilities. Whatever brings someone to our door, they walk out of it every day as part of a community that sees them, stands with them and believes in them.
